Holding Pattern
As I wait for my silkscreen guy to come back into town and the rest of the back-ordered parts to arrive, I give you a picture of a 258 clone with no front panel legend.
I really like these old style knobs for this module.
I love the way the Buchla system has modules that are often pretty different from each other physically. Anything that make a module unique enough to be able to reach for it without really looking at it is OK by me.
When I look at a Wiard system (for example), I see some Buchla circuit inspiration, but none of the Buchla spark for user interface.

yeah, those are D shafts underneath. Selco knobs could go on there just as well, if they ever return my quote request....
